1-2-3-4 Down Beat Music Agreement
 

Show Rental Policies: 

           This contract reserves previously written shows for your band. The first band from a region to mail or email this form will be given the right to perform this show. Once you have reserved a show with this contract (for rent), the agreement is binding.
 
NOTE: Regional Exclusivity is dependent on clients giving us correct information regarding the shows they will attend! We want you to be the only Indoor Percussion Ensemble at any festival, competition, circuit you may attend playing the show you have rented. Please provide a list of potential shows you will attend in 2020. Please also be clear with what class your group is in and if you will be attending WGI. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information. Please contact us before adding additional shows or if your groups gets placed in a different classification.
 
Payment Terms: 

           Payments can be made by check or money order. Payment must be received before we can give you access to music. Flexible payment options must be worked out with 1-23-4 Down Beat © in advance of purchase. For any question contact 1-2-3-4 Down Beat © at: contactus@1234downbeat.com  
 
Time period for a show once purchased: 

            The shows are to be used for one competitive season (either indoor, marching or concert band). If a group wants to use the work beyond that in any fashion, whether competitive or not, additional permission will be required from 1-2-3-4 Down Beat © in advance. 
 
Refund Policy: 

            1-2-3-4 Down Beat © is unable to offer refunds on our shows. Because our sales come with regional exclusivity, we have reserved the show for a customer in their area and have often turned away other groups who have inquired about the same show in the same region. Once student/staff have had access to the music, there is no way to “return the product”. In some cases, we are able to work out a credit for the following season.
